Associate Pastor

TKBC is seeking a qualified Associate Pastor to assist in providing spiritual leadership and pastoral care to the congregation.

Job Duties:

• Preach the Word of God for the edification of the church.

• Assist in leading the congregation in spiritual growth and discipleship.

• Coordinate with the Senior Pastor to plan and conduct worship services centered on the Gospel.

• Assist with planning and officiating weddings, funerals, and special church services.

• Develop and lead spiritual and biblical programs that benefit church members.

• Participate in and attend church committee meetings and other ministry-related activities as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree or foreign equivalent.
